Gluten Set Y07-Y09
It is used at grain-receiving, grain-processing, baking and confectionery enterprises, seed plants, laboratories of scientific institutions and inspection companies.
Gluten Set Y07-Y09 consists of three instruments: a gluten washer Glutomatic type, a centrifuge for gluten acid index determination and a unit for dry gluten content determination.
GLUTEN WASHING MACHINE Y07
It consists of two stepper motors, washing heads, and a touch screen for control.
GLUTEN INDEX DEVICE Y08
It consists of a lockable cover, a motor 6000 rpm, and a touch screen for control.
DRY GLUTEN DEVICE Y09
It consists of a Teflon surface oven, which forms product sticking, and a control unit.
Equipment set Y07-Y09 determines the amount of wet gluten and its quality in grain and flour. Suitable for working with wheat varietal flour and whole grain flour. The device is controlled by means of a touch panel, through which the duration of kneading and washing is set. The gluten index value is defined as weak, medium, good and strong, taking into account the effect of centrifugal forces on gluten bonds. The dry gluten content is determined using the dry gluten device. In general, all tests take 10-15 minutes to complete.
