Laboratory Centrifuge DASTAN OS-6MTS
Laboratory centrifuge DASTAN OS-6MTs, similar to model OS-6M, discontinued in 2010, is designed to separate liquid samples into fractions by centrifugal force. The desired effect is achieved due to the fact that substances settle at different rates, which depends on the mass and density of the particles that make up their composition.
The device consists of a body, an electric motor, a replaceable bucket rotor, a microprocessor control unit with two LCD displays and a memory for 16 programs. The design of the device provides for a system for blocking the engine on when the lid is open and opening the centrifuge lid until the rotor stops; automatic shutdown of the engine when the permissible unbalance value and rotor speed are exceeded.
The delivery set of the Dastan OS-6MTs centrifuge does not include replaceable rotors. The rotor type (PK4x750MK, PK4x750K, PK8x90MK, RU8X90K or RU60x25) supplied with the centrifuge is determined by the order.
