Purpose and scope:

Grain divider OlisLab 100 (universal), a modernized version of the divider UDZ-1M, is designed to select a sample of the required mass from the initial sample of grain, oilseeds, legumes. It is possible to select a sample weighing 10 g, which is especially important when working with rapeseed and other small-seed crops.

With the help of the device, the process of dividing the average sample of the product by the method of equality of areas in the throughput section of the device into 2 parts is implemented: the first is a sample of the product of the desired mass used in further analyzes, the second is the residual of the average sample.

It is used in grain receiving and grain processing enterprises, feed mills, oil extraction enterprises, variety testing breeding stations, research laboratories and inspection companies.

Scope of application: selection an average sample from a combined or average daily sample: grain of cereals and leguminous crops according to GOST 13586.3-2015 (not valid in Ukraine); oilseeds – according to DSTU 4601:2006; as well as for use in other methods according to domestic and international standards.

Description: 

The device consists of the following main components: the loading hopper with the valve, the block of non-adjustable sections, the adjustable section, the outer shell, the collector, three coupling elements, the base, the limb and the scale.

The combined or average daily sample of grain is placed in the receiving hopper. After opening the valve, the loaded grain flows into the cavities of the block of unregulated sections, where it is repeatedly mixed and divided into parts. The selected sample of grain of the required mass is brought out through the central opening of the collector, and the rest of the grain – through the side opening of the collector. Both parts of the grain removed from the divider are collected in the containers included in the device.

To ensure separation accuracy, the non-adjustable sections have a double set of sections arranged from top to bottom in the following sequence: cone section, funnel section, separating section, separating section with an offset by 45°.
