Rheograph device (analogous to alveograph) Y05
Rheograph device (analogous to alveograph) Y05 is designed to determine the baking strength of flour (W), as well as indicators of dough elasticity (P) and extensibility (L) by inflating a bubble from the dough at constant pressure. It is used for assessing the potential abilities of flour and grading wheat grain by strength with the determination of further end-use direction.
It is used in mills, in bakery and confectionery industries.

The device consists of case, automatic water dosing system, dough mixer, thermostat, automatic bubble blowing system and integrated computer. The device is controlled by a built-in PC with a touch screen and original software. All properties of the dough are measured, calculated and saved on PC. You can save files in PDF format. The device is equipped with automatic water dosing system and automatic bubble blowing control system (without operator intervention).
