The SOC-8 hard-shell nut drying unit is a simple, economical, and essential solution for drying hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, and other nut crops.

• Operating principle: hot air is fed by a fan through a heat exchanger into the inner chamber of the dryer. The product is constantly stirred by a central screw conveyor; cold air ventilation is possible if necessary
• Unloading: once the desired moisture content is reached, the nuts are unloaded by gravity through the bottom of the silo container and fed into the transport system
