Mechanical Mounted Hazelnut Harvester KZG-1
The KZG-1 mechanical mounted harvester is designed for the mechanized harvesting of hazelnuts from the ground. The machine can be mounted on all types of tractors with a hitch system, ensuring versatility for use on farms of various sizes.
Harvesting is performed using a front rotating brush and an auxiliary hydraulic system: it feeds the product to augers and screens, which separate the nuts from debris.
At the end of the cycle, all nuts are directed into a cart or container via an airflow.
The KZG-1’s design ensures stable crop pickup with minimal losses and reduces the need for manual labor, increasing overall harvesting productivity.
Harvesting is performed in dry or moderately wet weather.
