The complete oats processing plant with productivity 36 t/day
Purpose:
The complete oats processing plant with productivity 36 tons/day is designed for production of unbroken oat groats. Equipping of the groats plant provides the quality of groats – not below the requirements of GOST, yield of groats – above the accepted norms and allows confidently meet the requirements of the modern market. The plant was created by modern European technology with the possibility of adding a hydro-thermal treatment of grain by steaming. The proposed technology is significantly improved and supplemented by a number of innovations of the company OLIS.
For the plant placement, a 5-story building with a floor height of at least 3 m and an area of each floor of not less than 216 m2 is appropriate. In the absence of a suitable building supporting steel structures to accommodate equipment is recommended to perform in the form of a four-tiered frame up to 12 m high with dimensions of 12 m x 18 m in plan and install on their own foundations. In this case, the external enclosures (walls and roof) it is advisable to arrange on reinforced concrete structures and foundations, independent of the load-bearing equipment of steel structures. The expected height of the building – 15 m. The structural part may be supplemented with rooms for the operator’s room, workshop laboratory, warehouses, etc.
In the framework of the individual project to the grain plant can be tied such communications, as:
- The line of reception of grain from vehicles and pre-cleaning;
- Warehouse of placement and storage of the operative stock of grain with the line of its submission for processing;
- Weight-unloading section with the possibility of selecting the finished product both in bags and in small packaging;
- Warehouse bulk storage of flours and husks with a line of shipment in trucks;
The plant works in automatic mode. The operator from the central control desk provides control of the plant.
