From 20 to 21 April, OLIS, represented by Oleksandr Vereshchynskyi, CEO, Doctor of Technical Sciences, as part of the delegation of the Ukrainian Millers Association, takes part in the international symposium of flour millers in Hamburg (Germany).

The forum is attended by representatives of the flour milling business from 54 countries: managers and specialists of flour mills and grain companies, scientists and members of the International Association of CSP.

The conference brings together industry representatives from all continents to discuss the development of the global wheat market, flour processing and milling, and to learn about the latest technologies and developments.

The first day of the symposium will focus on general trends in the wheat and wheat flour market, global baking market trends, grain quality research and global health and food fortification issues.

The second day is devoted to quality issues in the full cycle of flour production: from the climate of the wheat growing area to the improvement and processing of flour at the end-user’s enterprise.
