TODAY’S “OLIS”:
- It has original modern technologies and equipment in all main areas of grain cleaning, flour and groats production, which is confirmed by more than 30 patents in the specified area;
- Produces about 200 items of equipment;
- Has the ability to produce various grain cleaning complexes, mills and granaries from the stage of technology development to the commissioning of facilities on the equipment of its own production.
Among the developing directions, special attention is paid to quality control of grain and its processing products. The results of the efforts are embodied in more than 20 names of laboratory devices that are serially produced. We are proud to announce that in Ukraine, which is the world’s largest producer of grain, every laboratory for assessing its quality works on production equipment!
An excellent principle is the search for rational methods for solving complex technological tasks, which allows to ensure a significant economic effect during implementation. Therefore, projects and individual products differ favorably in terms of efficiency from those created using traditional approaches.
The core of the company’s research and engineering staff is made up of the best graduates of the Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies, who have gained vast practical experience at enterprises in the bakery industry. The basis of the design team and production staff are former workers of machine-tool-building enterprises in Odessa, whose high professionalism is known far beyond the city.
