Express analyzer of phospholipids AMDF-1M is designed for operational control of phospholipid content in vegetable oils.
Products: corn, soybean, sunflower, rapeseed, linseed oil.
Instrumental analysis using the device allows obtaining the value of the phospholipids content in oils within 15 minutes, which takes much less time compared to the arbitration method according to GOST 7824-80 (6-8 hours).
Basic software implies the ability to determine the phospholipids content in sunflower oil. At the customer’s request, the device can be calibrated for the analysis of corn, soybean, rapeseed, linseed oil.
It is not sensitive to non-lipid phosphorus, which eliminates errors in the analysis of oil treated with phosphoric acid.
