Grain separator PFEUFFER Grain Cleaner

Purpose and scope: 

Grain-cleaning separator PFEUFFER Grain Cleaner is designed to clean grain samples for further analysis in the laboratory, as well as to determine grain contamination.

Description:

This cylindrical (drum) type separator is a fully automatic device, consisting of the body, the sieve drum, the receiving trays, the fan, the weighing system, the screen with the keyboard and the thermal printer.
A sample of grain weighing up to 6 kg is placed in the loading hopper, automatically weighed, and then enters the cylindrical sieve, passing through an air stream that separates light impurities from the grain. The cylindrical sieve is divided into zones with different hole sizes, selected and easily changed depending on the type of grain raw material.
At the end of the cycle, the cleaned grain and impurities are automatically weighed, and the result of the analysis is printed on a thermal printer. The cleaned grain is then used for further quality analysis.
