Purpose and scope:
Grain-cleaning separator PFEUFFER MLN is designed for cleaning grain samples in laboratory conditions. This device is suitable for working with almost all crops from rapeseed to corn and beans.
Description:
The grain cleaning separator consists of the sieve separator with a back-and-forth movement of the sieve body, the aspiration chamber, the separator for awns. The cleaning process takes place as follows: first, a grain sample from the hopper enters the awn separator, is processed for a certain time (20-60 s) and then cleaned of light impurities and dust in the aspiration chamber. Then the grain sample enters the sieve separator with two sieves to remove large and small impurities. Impurities and refined grain are collected in receiving containers.
