Purpose and scope:
Laboratory bottles cooler OlisLab 4400, a modernized version of the cooler OBL-1, designed for accelerated cooling of bottles with the product after drying in drying ovens OlisLab 4100 (SESh-3MU), OlisLab 4200 (OL-36) and others when determining moisture content by air-thermal method.
With the help of the device, accelerated cooling of the bottles to the ambient temperature is carried out, which is especially important when determining the moisture content by the air-thermal method with preliminary drying.
It is used at grain-receiving, grain processing, feed, oil extraction, bakery and other food enterprises, variety testing breeding stations, research laboratories and inspection companies.
Scope of application: for the standardized determination of moisture content by the air-thermal method: for grain according to GOST 13586.5; for oilseeds according to DSTU 4811:2007; for bakery products according to DSTU 7045:2009; for confectionery according to DSTU 4910:2008; as well as for use in other methods according to domestic and international standards.
Description:
The device consists of a cooling chamber with cells for cooling bottles with perforated holes and a fan located at the bottom of the cooler.
The principle of operation of the device is based on the uniform cooling of products by air flow, which is formed by a radial fan located at the bottom of the cooler. Product samples in mesh bottles are placed on the surface of the cooler in the center of the cooling cells with perforated holes through which air penetrates and blows the product. This allows you to evenly cool and redistribute moisture throughout the volume of the product.
Use of the device significantly increases the speed and accuracy of moisture analysis.
Also, the device can be used for cooling products during scientific research, for example, modes of moisture heat treatment in the production of groats and flakes in the laboratory.
