Texture analyzer STABLE MICRO SYSTEMS TA.XTplusC
It is used in mills, in bakery, confectionery and pasta industries, in other food enterprises and in research laboratories.
The texture analyzer consists of base, drive, frame with racks, strain gauges, stage, replaceable penetration nozzles (probes) and touch screen.
The principle of operation of the device is based on measuring impact of the penetration body on the sample located on the stage and recording the profile of the product structure using the software.
Depending on the type of product being analyzed, the user selects the program mode and selects the penetration body using the software.
The device works in two modes:
– measures the efforts arising when the penetration body acts on the measured product;
– measures the distance of movement of the penetration body into the product at a given effort.
Nozzles (penetration body) can be knife-shaped, cone-shaped, spherical, cylindrical, etc.
The texture analyzer is able to measure almost any structural and mechanical characteristics of the product, such as hardness, capability to destruction, adhesiveness, gel strength, extensibility, etc.
The test results are displayed as a graph of gravitational field strength (compression or tension) as a function of time or distance and can be converted to Excel format.
