“OLIS” Ltd offers grain cleaning aggregates ZAV-Niva-50B based on the grain separator LUCH ZSO-75 (ZAV complex of the type ZAV-40). ZAV-“Niva”-50B is used for post-harvest processing of wheat, rye, barley, buckwheat, oats, peas, corn, millet, soybeans, rapeseed and sunflower. Processing includes receiving and cleaning of grain, followed by shipment to vehicles.

As the analysis of the state of grain cleaning quality in Ukraine shows, at present, approximately 90% of grain cleaning complexes were put into operation in the 1970-1980s and the separators used on them are already outdated in all main technological indicators.
New time separators are grain cleaning machines with a fundamentally different cleaning principle compared to the previous generation ZAV. Separators, which include LUCH ZSO OLIS Ltd, are the high-performance heart of the new generation ZAV, built according to a new technological scheme in accordance with modern requirements and standards (snow and wind loads) for design and construction.

Purpose:
ZAV-“Niva”-50B is used for post-harvest processing of wheat, rye, barley, buckwheat, oats, peas, corn, millet, soybeans, rapeseed and sunflower. Processing includes receiving and cleaning of grain, followed by shipment to vehicles.

Composition ZAV-“Niva”-50B

1. Receiving department.
The department. consists of:

  • receiving device – a pit for side and rear unloading of vehicles, made in the form of a deep welded metal structure, for which, if necessary, it is possible to manufacture a hovel with a roof;
  • as well as grain elevators with a productivity of 50 t/h with sensors for speed, level, belt pressure and an explosion vent.

2. Grain cleaning department.

Main technological equipment of the line is the machine for preliminary, primary and seed cleaning LUCH ZSO-75.

  • on the machine in the pre-cleaning mode, coarse, straw and random impurities that have fallen into the grain during its harvesting or transportation are removed;
  • in the primary cleaning mode on the machine, the grain is cleaned of impurities that differ in width, thickness and aerodynamic properties;
  • in the seed cleaning mode, LUCH ZSO is designed to isolate seeds of different sizes.

3. There is an aspiration system in the dust removal department, which serves the operation of grain cleaning machines for preliminary and primary cleaning, as well as transport equipment. The aspiration network includes dedusting equipment – 4BTsSh cyclones-precipitators, a medium pressure fan and aspiration air ducts. The air purified with their help is discharged outside into the atmosphere. The impurities settle in the fine waste bin.

4. Department of shipment to vehicles. After cleaning the grain in the grain-cleaning separator, the grain flows by gravity to the shipping department – buffer tanks with sliding gate valves operating in manual mode.

5. Electrical part. The electrical part includes a control panel with a frequency converter, cables, ladders and a lighting system. The control panel also includes equipment for starting and protecting electric motors and a frequency converter. The frequency converter serves to regulate the number of revolutions of the sieve drum of the separator LUCH ZSO-75, which depends on the cleaning modes, the type of grain being cleaned, its moisture content and weediness.

ZAV-Niva operates both in manual and automatic modes, there are sound and light alarms for the condition of the equipment, the limit level of grain in the bins, a warning signal before starting the equipment. After turning on the aspiration system, the necessary delay for turning on the aspirated equipment is provided, and after turning off this equipment, a delay for turning off the aspiration system, respectively. All hoppers are equipped with upper-level sensors.
