It is supplied with metal framework, ladders and service platforms, hoppers, an aspiration system, a pneumatic conveying system, electrical parts, and automatics. Since the manufacture of the groats plant passes the stage of control assembly, its complete assembly and commissioning at the place of operation take no more than three weeks. In this case, the need for cutting, welding, and drilling of metal at the place of assembly is completely eliminated.

The aggregate multipurpose groats production plant “Optimatic-K-30” is supplied with a metal framework, ladders and service platforms, hoppers, an aspiration system, a pneumatic conveying system, electrical part and automatics. Since the manufacture of the groats plant passes the stage of control assembly, its complete assembly and commissioning at the place of operation take no more than three weeks. In this case, the need for cutting, welding, and drilling of metal at the place of assembly is completely eliminated.
The groats production plant operates in automatic mode. The operator controls the operation of the groats production plant from the central control panel.
Building requirements for installation of the groats production plant:
Overall dimensions of the groats production plant:
- Width – 12 m,
- length – 15 m,
- height – 6 m.
For the installation of the groats production plant, not taking into account warehouses for raw materials, ready production, and waste, you need a one-story building with no less than 180 m2 with a ceiling height – 6 m. For installation of the plant, is needed floor with a concrete coupler. Requires the construction of foundations for sketches by “OLIS”. The walls are enough to plaster and whitewash.
