The company “OLIS” has supplied a complete line for the production of cereal flakes for the Turkish company COOKERS. This is stated in the message of the company “OLIS”. So, within the framework of cooperation, in 2020, the OLIS company developed engineering technology, manufactured and supplied a set of technological, transport and aspiration equipment (steamer PPSh-O, dryer for flakes SKO-300, sifter for flakes PHO, aspirators ASO and other equipment) for production of cereal flakes with a capacity of 32 tons/day. The launch of the line and adjustment work were carried out online. It should be noted that this is already a tritium plant launched by OLIS online. The first two were put into operation in Kazakhstan – a plant for the production of buckwheat and a plant for the processing of oats into cereals with a line of flakes.
At the moment, the line for the production of flakes has reached the passport capacity and produces flakes from cereals. Reportedly, the installed line is versatile and can be used for the production of flakes from oats, wheat, buckwheat, barley and other crops. The equipment of the line ensures high quality and yield of flakes, and also meets the requirements of European standards, which allows meeting the preferences of the modern market.
