A seminar entitled “HACCP Implementation Practices at Grain Elevators and Grain Processing Companies” was held in Mykolaiv. The event was organised by the industry magazine Grain Storage and Processing.

The seminar programme included five modules, during which participants received the most comprehensive information on the legal framework and practical recommendations for implementing the HACCP system at grain enterprises, as well as the functioning of production laboratories in the light of current legislation.

At the same time, the workshop participants were given the opportunity to get acquainted with a range of laboratory equipment manufactured by OLIS, which was a partner of the workshop, for determining the quality of grain and its processed products.

In particular, at its stand, OLIS, a leader in the production of laboratory equipment, presented:

 

 

A pleasant conclusion of the workshop was the presentation of certificates to the participants confirming that they had completed the training programme “Key aspects of HACCP implementation at elevators and grain processing plants”.

Thus, the seminar became a kind of information platform for representatives of production laboratories of elevators and grain processing enterprises, where they could discuss all issues related to grain quality, operation and verification of equipment and changes in legislation.
