At the elevator in Latvia, the latest grain cleaning separator “Horizont K-400” with a capacity of 160 t/h was put into operation.

Considering the significant volume of grain handling and strict requirements for the quality of its cleaning at this enterprise, the separator is additionally equipped with a closed-cycle aspirator VSZ-160, two aspiration columns KAO-1,3, as well as an aspiration system consisting of a cyclone with a sluice gate, a fan and air ducts.

“We are very glad that our grain cleaning equipment, including and Horizont K-400 separator are increasingly chosen by European farmers. This separator is the result of many years of research and development, and it combines the most modern technologies and innovative solutions to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of grain cleaning,” said Volodymyr Cheglatonev, Deputy General Director for Commercial Affairs of OLYS LLC.

Horizon K-400 has a number of advantages that make it an ideal choice for elevators and farms:

  • High productivity: The separator can clean up to 160 tons of grain per hour, which significantly saves time and resources.
  • High cleaning efficiency: Thanks to the multi-stage cleaning system, the separator removes even the smallest impurities, ensuring high grain quality.
  • Energy efficiency: The separator is equipped with energy efficient motors, which makes it economical to use.
  • Ease of operation: The separator is easy to operate and maintain, making it accessible to farmers of all experience levels.

The launch of the Horizon K-400 in Latvia is an important step for the OLIS company on the way to expanding its presence on the European market. “We believe that our separator will become an indispensable tool for Latvian farmers, which will help them improve the quality of grain and increase their profits,” Volodymyr Cheglatonev added.
