A grain drying complex with a grain storage capacity of 20,000 m³ and modern grain cleaning equipment of the OLIS company was put into operation in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The delivery set of the grain cleaning line includes the aggregated solutions of the SKO-200A scalper and the Horizont K-400A flat-screen grain cleaning separator, which is equipped with air separators with a closed air cycle VSZ-160, aspiration columns KAO-1.3 – 2 pcs., cyclones with sluice gates and drive, fans, ducts, control panel, cables, trays and ladder.
“Such a combination of grain cleaning line equipment as the Horizont-K scalper-separator is optimal in terms of productivity and efficiency of grain cleaning. The scalper is used to clean the wet grain before it is fed to the dryer, and the separator cleans it after the dryer. Or the scalper carries out preliminary cleaning, and the separator – primary (secondary, if necessary). In any case, depending on the quality of the grain, the technologist has the opportunity to build different scenarios for finishing the grain,” the company’s representatives said.
All the equipment has been assembled, commissioned and put into operation and is already cleaning the new crop. Also, OLIS specialists conducted training for the elevator staff on the adjustment and operation of the equipment.
