Purpose and scope:
Psychrometric hygrometers VIT-1, VIT-2 are designed to measure the relative humidity and temperature in premises.
Description:
The device consists of the plastic case, on which two thermometers (dry, humidified), the glass feeder, the temperature scale and the psychrometric table are fixed. The thermometer tank labeled “moistened” is moistened with water from the feeder using a gauze wick. Distilled water is poured into the hygrometer feeder.
Thermometric liquid – toluene.
Relative humidity measurement is based on the difference between “dry” and “moistened” thermometers. After taking thermometer readings, the relative humidity of the air is determined from the psychrometric table.
