Express analyzer AMDF-1M is designed for prompt and accurate control of phospholipid content in vegetable oils. Instrumental analysis implies the use of a device of special design.
The analysis time does not exceed 15 minutes. For comparison: the standard method of determining the mass fraction of phospholipids in oils (GOST 7824-80) takes 6-8 hours.
In contrast to traditional methods of analysis, the developed method: does not require additional equipment; use of chemical reagents; implementation of preliminary sample preparation; construction of calibration curve; special training of laboratory technician.

Advantages
- The minimum limit of reliable detection of phospholipids is 0.02%;
- Relative error of determination does not exceed 8 %;
- Basic software provides the possibility of determining the mass fraction of phospholipids in sunflower oil. At the customer’s request, the device can be calibrated for the analysis of soybean, corn, linseed, and rapeseed oils.
- The express analyzer determines the mass fraction of phospholipids and, unlike other methods, is not sensitive to non-lipid phosphorus, which eliminates the error in the analysis of oils treated with phosphoric acid.
