Purpose and scope: 

Laboratory wheat humidification mixer Y21 is used for mixing water, grains and additives, ensuring optimal conditioning and homogenization of the product before and after grinding. It can also be used for mixing flour after grinding, mixing flour and additives, and mixing flour mixtures. The minimum mixing time is 1 min.

Description:

Laboratory wheat humidification mixer consists of a body, inside which an electric motor is installed, and a rotating container on wheels.
Moistened according to the standard method, the grain is installed in the locking mechanism of the device, rests on the wheels and, after switching on, rotates for a predetermined time. This leads to a uniform distribution of moisture introduced during wetting throughout the grain mass. After mixing, the container with grain is left to moisten for the required time and then ground on a Y18 laboratory roller mill.
Also, the device can be used for mixing flour with technological additives.
