The list of Ukrainian machinery for agro-industrial complex, the cost of which is partially compensated at the expense of the State budget, includes equipment of our production, namely:

• grain separators,
• pneumatic sorting tables,
• Stone pickers,
• scalpers,
• puppet collectors,
• Universal grits mills (grits mills), etc.

The funds are returned from the amount set aside in the State Budget for 2021 for key agricultural sector support programmes.

What do I need to do to receive a partial refund on equipment purchased from OLIS LLC?”

1. 1. Open an account in one of the state-owned banks: JSC “Oschadbank”, JSC “Ukreximbank”, PJSC CB “PrivatBank”, JSB “Ukrgasbank”
   2. Pay for grain cleaning equipment through this bank.
   3. Submit to the bank an application (of the established model) and documents confirming the purchase of the equipment, namely:

• • a copy of the payment order;
  • acceptance certificate of transfer of machinery and equipment;
  • reference, confirmation of the State Fiscal Service about the absence of overdue debts to the State Budget, Pension Fund of Ukraine, funds of obligatory state social insurance for more than 6 months;
  • extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Physical Entrepreneurs and Public Formations with information that the enterprise is not in liquidation, bankruptcy proceedings have not been initiated against it, it has not been recognised as bankrupt;
  • consent to disclosure by the State Bank of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of information about the agricultural producer, which constitutes a banking secret or contains personal data (in the form established by the State Bank).

4. The bank provides the information to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, which reviews the documents.

1. After your application is approved, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy provides the funds to the bank and the bank transfers the compensation to your account.
