The productivity of the grain cleaning line in this configuration is up to 200 t/h for preliminary cleaning and up to 150 t/h for primary cleaning and depends on the culture, soiling and humidity of the grain mass.
Scalper SKO-200A – intended for preliminary cleaning – removal of large impurities and garbage from grain. This is an aggregated solution, which includes an air separator with a closed air cycle VSZ-160, a cyclone UTCO-900 with a sluice gate and drive, a fan, air ducts, a control panel, cables, trays and ladders.
Also, the technological line provides that the scalper will, if necessary, clean the wet grain before it is fed to the dryer, which will increase its productivity and efficiency, as well as reduce the risks of ignition of light impurities and damage to the dryer.
Grain cleaning drum separator LUCH ZSO-200 is designed for cleaning grain of agricultural crops from large, small and light impurities. In this line, the separator can perform primary and secondary cleaning without additional setup due to pre-cleaning on the scalper.
