Three-day meetings, hundreds of handshakes, many meaningful conversations – our participation in the “Grain Technologies 2025” exhibition has come to an end! Thank you to everyone who visited the OLIS stand.
The guests of our stand saw the PSO-100 screen separator in operation, designed for sorting and cleaning grain and oil crops from impurities that differ from the main crop in terms of geometric dimensions and aerodynamic properties, as well as for sorting and calibrating seeds. Its productivity is up to 30 tons of grain per hour.
Among the OLIS laboratory equipment, the following were presented at the stand, in particular:
– the laboratory separator OLISLAB 1100, designed for sorting (sieving) grain and its processing products when determining grain clogging and contamination; to determine the fractional (granulometric) composition; to control the grain size of flour, groats and compound feed; as well as to control the grain size of the grain sample in the process of sample preparation for further analysis of its quality indicators;
– drying cabinet OlisLab 4200 (electric), convection type, designed for drying products when determining the moisture content of grain, grain products, leguminous and oilseeds, as well as other food products according to domestic and international standards;
– laboratory dough mixer OlisLab 6100 pin type, designed for mechanized kneading of dough from crushed wheat grain (meal) and flour while determining the amount and quality of gluten by the manual washing method;
– laboratory mill OlisLab 2200 of hammer type, cyclone principle of action, intended for grinding grain, leguminous and oilseed crops and their processing products for the purpose of preparing samples for further analysis, for which grinding to a given size is required;
– gluten deformation meter OlisLab 6200, designed to determine the quality of wheat gluten and wheat flour by the amount of compression deformation under the influence of a specified load during a specified period;
– diaphanoscope OLISLAB 5100 (for grain), designed to determine the vitreousness of wheat grain, the vitreousness and crackedness of fallen rice according to their optical properties;
– OlisLab 5200 liter working sieve (with a falling load), intended for determining the natural mass (mass in one liter) of grain.
These were days of ideas, partnerships and new opportunities. We value every conversation and look forward to seeing you at future industry events!
