HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER?

When ordering, please specify:
– the name of a company or the full name of a person who makes an order
– a contact person and phone number for feedback
– email to receive offers.
Order processing time is no more than 1 business day.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
The equipment is supplied by OLIS Ltd by agreement between the parties in accordance with the
concluded contract.
For equipment, OLIS Ltd issues the necessary documents: the expenditure and consignment note,
the original invoice and other accompanying documents
The completeness and quality of the supplied equipment corresponds to the technical standards
and conditions of the manufacturer, according to the accompanying documents.
Equipment delivery is carried out by self-pickup from the plant or through cooperation with
transport and forwarding companies such as Nova Post, Delivery (for oversized orders) and
others.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for the cost of equipment is made by bank transfer
An advance payment for equipment in the amount of 60% is made within 3 banking days from the
date of signing the Agreement.
The remaining payment for the equipment in the amount of 40% is paid within 3 banking days
from the date of notification of readiness of the equipment for shipment.
Early payment for equipment is allowed.

WARRANTY FOR THE GOODS
OLIS Ltd provides a warranty for equipment for at least 12 months from the date of shipment of
the equipment only if the equipment is used in accordance with the conditions specified in the
operating manual provided with the equipment.
The warranty does not apply to fast-wearing elements, the list of which is indicated in the data
sheet for the equipment.
