Purpose and scope:
Image analyzer VIBE QM3i is designed for visual evaluation of grain and seeds of cereals, legumes and oilseeds. Allows you to evaluate the weight of 1000 grains, color uniformity, geometric dimensions, mass fraction of crushed grains, fusarium grains, grain contamination.
It is used at elevators, grain receiving, grain processing enterprises, variety testing breeding stations and research laboratories.
Description:
The Image Analysis System VIBE consists of the Vibe QM3i Image Scanner and Vibe Imaging Analytics software with access to cloud services, analytics and a database of practical use. The Vibe Imaging Analytics software can also be connected to a smartphone.
Regardless of the type of grain or seed, the image analysis system VIBE provides accurate, reliable and reproducible results, and can also significantly reduce analysis time.
Principle of operation: a sample (approximately 25 g of grain or 40 g of seeds) is placed in a thin layer on the surface of the scanner, the “Start” button is pressed. Scanning and processing of results is performed within 30 seconds.
During operation, the user can make corrections and train (calibrate) the software according to their own samples.
For the convenience of the user, a line of devices has been developed: QM3i Grain Analyzer, QM3i Wheat Analyzer, QM3i Rice Analyzer, QM3i Seed Phenotyping.
