Whiteness meter VBB-1MK
Purpose and scope:
Whiteness meter VBB-1MK is designed to measure the whiteness of wheat and rye flour.
It is used in flour-grinding, baking and confectionery enterprises and research laboratories.
Description:
The principle of operation of the whiteness meter (photometer) is based on measuring the zonal reflectance of a compacted-smoothed flour surface (CU RZ-BPL) using a built-in standard.
The electronic unit consists of a photometric head, a processing board with a power supply, a multimeter board and a calibration chamber. The photometric head provides illumination of the working field with a light flux with a wavelength of 565 nm at the maximum of the emission band, reception and conversion of the reflected light of the photodiode into an electrical signal, followed by its amplification in the processing board and its recalculation in accordance with the scale of the RZ-BPL device.
